1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the tot131 website accessible at https://tot131.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Operator," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to tot131 and its authorized representatives.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration.
• "Services" refers to all online gaming, betting, and entertainment offerings provided through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and specialty games.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited by Users into their Accounts or winnings accumulated through gameplay.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on tot131, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tot131. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the tot131 Platform and Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tot131 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide acceptable documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and gameplay. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on tot131. Creating multiple Accounts, using fake identities, or engaging in Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and confiscation of all Funds.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use tot131 Services for any business purpose or on behalf of third parties.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any changes occur.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access tot131 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account is your sole responsibility, and you agree to notify tot131 immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, tot131 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other payment methods)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

tot131 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We will handle all verification documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

tot131 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation.

You must deposit Funds only from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. tot131 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available Funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 6)

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (WIB). We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks that may delay processing. tot131 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving charges.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

tot131 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. Repeated deposit-and-withdraw behavior without gameplay will result in Account review and potential closure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

tot131 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by User location, Account status, or deposit history.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds typically require a specified turnover (e.g., 5x, 10x, or 20x) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%).
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus Funds are active, maximum bet limits may apply (e.g., Rp 25,000 per spin or bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days), after which the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified.

tot131 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses and winnings if we determine that bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms has occurred.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on tot131 are final once accepted by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirmation. Disputed bets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our internal procedures and the rules of the specific game or sport.

tot131 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome in the event of:

• Technical malfunction or software error
• Obvious pricing errors or incorrect odds
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or manipulation
• Violation of game rules or Terms & Conditions
• Regulatory or legal requirements

For sports betting, including bandar bola (sports bookmaker) markets, tot131 follows official league and competition results as determined by the governing body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and bet type (details available in our Sportsbook Rules).

Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, bot usage, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Violation of fair play principles will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

tot131 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
• Loss limits
• Session time reminders
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tot131, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds or winnings due to User error, technical malfunction, or service interruption
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from failure to maintain password confidentiality
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game results or odds
• Delays or failures in payment processing due to third-party payment providers or banking systems
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or Services is to discontinue use and close your Account. In no event shall tot131's total liability to you exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time of the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tot131 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of tot131 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform without prior written consent from tot131, except for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with others
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other User Accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of fraudulent activity
• Exploiting software errors or loopholes for unfair advantage
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other Users or tot131 staff
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, confiscation of Funds, and potential legal action.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

tot131 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon Account closure, any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding bonuses and winnings from voided bets) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to tot131.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all Funds before the Account is permanently deactivated.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the tot131 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of tot131 Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed by the parties.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
