We set out to build more than an online casino. tot131 is a premium gaming destination crafted around the passions, preferences, and payment habits of players across Indonesia — from Jakarta's bustling streets to Bali's tranquil shores.
tot131 was established with a clear and ambitious purpose: to give Indonesian players access to a world-class online gaming experience that truly understands them. From day one, our focus has been on building a platform where trust, speed, and local relevance come together seamlessly. Indonesia is one of Southeast Asia's most vibrant markets for online entertainment, and we recognized early on that generic, one-size-fits-all platforms were simply not meeting the expectations of discerning Indonesian players.
"Our founding principle is simple — every Indonesian player deserves the same quality of experience that international high-rollers receive. Premium games, instant payouts, and support that actually speaks your language."
From our headquarters, our team of gaming industry veterans, software engineers, and customer experience specialists has worked tirelessly to build a platform that reflects the unique rhythm of Indonesian life. We support all major local banks — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP — as well as the e-wallets that millions of Indonesians use every day: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits and withdrawals on tot131 are designed to feel as effortless as a bank transfer between friends.
Our game library spans thousands of titles, from togel (Indonesia's beloved traditional numbers lottery) and live sports betting on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, and the FIFA World Cup, to premium live dealer tables powered by industry leaders, and hundreds of slot titles ranging from classic three-reel machines to modern Megaways adventures. For football fans, tot131 offers one of the most competitive bandar bola (sports bookmaker) experiences in the region, with deep markets on Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) fixtures, the AFF Cup, and every major European league. We also cater to the massive Indonesian appetite for sabung ayam (live cockfighting betting), live cockfighting streams, and specialty games that resonate culturally with our player base.
Responsible gaming is not an afterthought at tot131 — it is woven into our operational DNA. We enforce strict age verification (21+ only), offer self-exclusion and deposit limit tools, and provide our team with ongoing training in recognizing and responding to signs of problem gambling. We believe that a sustainable, enjoyable gaming environment is built on player wellbeing, not just revenue. Our Responsible Gaming page provides detailed guidance, and our support team is trained to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Looking ahead, tot131 is committed to continuous innovation. We are constantly evaluating new game providers, payment channels, and technology improvements — including faster mobile performance, expanded live sports coverage, and enhanced loyalty program features — to ensure that our platform grows alongside the needs and expectations of the Indonesian gaming community. We are not a finished product; we are a living, evolving platform built in partnership with our players.
Whether you are placing your first bet on a Persija Jakarta match, spinning the reels of a progressive jackpot slot, or sitting down at a live baccarat table from the comfort of your Surabaya home, tot131 is designed to deliver a moment of genuine excitement, entertainment, and possibility. We are proud to be part of Indonesia's online gaming story, and we are grateful for every player who chooses to trust us with their time and their stakes.
Six reasons why Indonesian players choose tot131 as their trusted gaming home.
tot131 natively supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP bank transfers, plus OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets. No awkward conversion layers — deposit and withdraw in Rupiah (IDR) as naturally as shopping online.
Every game on tot131 is independently verified for fairness. We deploy 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections, maintain segregated player fund accounts, and conduct regular third-party security audits to protect your money and data at all times.
We process the vast majority of withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during WIB business hours. Our automated payout system runs around the clock so your winnings reach your BCA or BRI account fast — no unnecessary delays, no manual bottlenecks.
Our customer service team includes native Indonesian-speaking agents available via live chat and email. Whether your question concerns a deposit via Mandiri, a withdrawal status, or KYC verification, we respond clearly, quickly, and in your preferred language.
tot131 covers BRI Liga 1 with deep market breadth, including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. We add international leagues — EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League — plus badminton, MotoGP Mandalika, and E-sports (MPL, PUBG Mobile) for a complete sports betting destination.
Self-deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and account self-exclusion tools are built directly into the tot131 platform — not hidden in fine print. We enforce 21+ age verification at registration and are committed to being a platform that players can trust with their long-term wellbeing.
